Justin Bieber Baby Rumor: Singer Agrees to Paternity Test

Justin Bieber has agreed to take paternity test after denying the allegation by a 20-year-old woman that he is the father of her 3 months-old baby boy.

Bieber's representative Matthew Hiltzik said on Monday the singer agreed to take a paternity test after he returns to the U.S. within the next two weeks. Currently in Europe, Bieber attended the MTV Europe Music Awards over the weekend. In the awards show, which was hosted by his girlfriend Selena Gomez, Bieber took home two awards.

The pop star's team has planned to vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to protect the 17-year-old singer.

The paternity suit was filed by Mariah Yeater last week in San Diego Superior Court. She claimed that she became pregnant with her three-month-old son Tristyn and Bieber is the father of the baby. The woman had just turned 19 when she and Bieber, then 16, had a brief sexual encounter after one of the singer's concerts in a backstage bathroom at Los Angeles' Staples Center in October 2010.

Shocked by the allegation, Bieber told NBC host Matt Lauer that he never met the woman. A bodyguard told "The Insider," "I had my eyes on him the entire night, this incident did not happen!"

According to a source, Bieber's camp is prepared to take harsh legal action against Yeater for her claims.

On the other hand, Mariah Yeater has hired Jeffery Leving, a paternity law expert to help her win the lawsuit. As a statement from law offices Lance Rogers sent to RadarOnline.com read, Jeffery Leving "is a national expert on family law issues. Mr. Leving has been named one of 'America's Best Lawyers' by Forbes Radio and selected by his peers as one of Illinois' top attorneys".

Yeater said she has proof that Bieber is her baby's daddy. During an interview she said, "I've provided evidence to my attorneys and I'll show in court".

assalamualaikum and hi u ols~ kaki Sha blom lagi abis elok nyaaa,and now Sha kt Indonesia :D saja jalan2 cuti skolah ni kan..Td Sha gi Shopping Complex,seperti biasa,Sha akan masuk ke dlm books store :) and Sha dpt ditect stu buku ni,bagus plak kan..tajuk nya Winning The Money Game.by Sean Seah ,blom strt baca pon,tp lepas ni Sha baca lah ya..hehe.Sha beli buku ni saja je sebab nk tau lebih lanjut untuk cara mendapat kn duit..walaupun Sha ni muda lagi,tp x slh kn baca buku yg pasal duit cm gini? bukan ke lebih bagus untuk masa depan Sha?atau masa depan KITA semua?so Sha rasa Sha patut lah jugak beli buku cm gini dri novel romantik yg dh berlambak yg dh Sha beli kn..tahu kah anda?yg mencari rezeki ini ssh ? ji ka anda tidak berusaha anda tidak akan dpt mengkecapi cita2 untuk mnjadi kaya ataupn apa2 yg anda nk aslkn menggunakan duit,negara kita perlu untuk membangun dn kita ini boleh membangun kn negara aslkan anda BERUSAHA!..ish melalut lah plak Sha ni =.=" sorry2...k anyway u ols,belilah jgk buku2 yg ada unsur2 untuk membantu kita,dn mempertingkatkn pendirian atau buku2 yg bagus..xusah ler beli novel tu je,dh belambak ler ..and jgn lupa,bukan shaja buku untuk membantukn ekonomi diri dn negara tpi untuk meningkatkn ilmu dn pengetahuan dn jugak buku untuk meningkatkn amalan agama kita:) sekian smpai sini jela..kkbyeee assalamualaikum :)) love u ols :* muah!
